Junior Economist

  • Data Analysis & Research: Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support program tracking, compliance monitoring, and reporting activities. Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, anomalies, and emerging risks within datasets.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Support: Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or policy-driven programs, including reviewing documentation such as action plans, corrective actions, and submissions against defined requirements.
  • Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Strong attention to detail with experience performing data validation checks, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of program data.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Ability to develop clear, concise reports, summaries, and presentations that communicate analytical findings and support federal reporting requirements and decision-making.
  • Economic & Policy Analysis: Understanding of economic principles or policy frameworks, with the ability to apply analytical methods to support federal program oversight, compliance initiatives, and policy evaluation.
  • Tools & Techniques: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment, supporting senior analysts and program leadership in delivering high-quality analytical outputs and meeting program objectives.
  • Federal Experience: Experience supporting U.S. Federal programs, or exposure to government data, compliance, or regulatory environments, is preferred but not required.
