Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To):
- Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of ELV systems including Access Control, CCTV, Time Attendance, Nurse Call, Structured Cabling, and other low-current systems.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure accurate system design and execution.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and site activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Supervise installation teams and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and system handover to clients.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Provide technical support and resolve complex system issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in ELV systems (with at least some exposure to project coordination or supervision).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field (attested certificates required).
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems design and integration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (design and review level).
- Good understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, switching, system integration).
- Experience in project documentation (BOQ, submittals, reports).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with UAE industry standards and best practices.
- English in Professional level (spoken and written).
- UAE's Valid Driving License.
