- Core Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and prototyping products, systems, or solutions.
- Data & Analysis: Collect, verify, and analyze engineering data for testing, cost estimation, and project feasibility.
- Project Support: Help prepare technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project schedules.
- Site & Field Work: Conduct site visits, take measurements, and act as a liaison with contractors and construction teams.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure work follows specifications, standards, and safety regulations; support quality control.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues, identify process problems, and support the implementation of improvements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, track project progress, and report findings to superiors.
- Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Diploma in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), industry-specific tools, and basic understanding of quality methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
