Junior Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Promote ideas to improve the workflow and premises layout for all factories and projects being executed.
- Assist senior engineers with research, design, and implementation of engineering projects and solutions, using CAD software.
- Collect, analyze, and tabulate engineering data; perform tests, simulations, and calculations.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and fieldwork to gather data, monitor progress, and ensure quality.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, progress reports, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders; provide technical support.
- Ensure work adheres to project specifications, standards, and safety guidelines.
- Draft, review and edit all business contracts and licenses within Caesar Pac Holding.
- Ensure that all necessary licenses needed for the operations of the projects are available.
- Prepare plans and timescales under the supervision of the Direct Manager and communicate the same with the concerned departments and divisions within Caesar Pac Holding.
- Review and prioritize construction schedules as per the Direct Manager’s instructions and report unexpected costs to the Direct Manager.
- Management, co-ordination and controlling activities of reporting staff and monitoring their progress against established and agreed objectives defined in the Project Quality Plan held for each project.
- Attend site meetings with the concerned departments and divisions to monitor the progress of the construction projects are and ensure that they’re carried out as per the pre-set technical standards and timelines.
- Ensure that Caesar Pac Holding’s contracts and supporting documents are well maintained and limit the accessibility of the same to concerned departments and divisions.
- Collaborate with the Legal Team on continuous basis to stay up-to date with the latest governmental rules and regulations to be considered for any upcoming projects.
- Maintain excellent and long-term working relationships with Suppliers and Contractors.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
- Inspect and supervise construction site regularly to follow up work sequence.
- Develop and coordinate shop drawings.
- Responsible for maintaining all factories, building and companies related to Caesar Pac Holding Group.
- Ensure legal and environmental compliance: Part of job is to ensure that all designs comply with legal regulations and environmental guidelines.

Supervising all Technicians related to Engineering Department.
- Education degree: Bachelor of Engineering.
- Engineering Firm: Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 6: 8 Year.
- Languages: English & Arabic.
- Software: Proficiency with relevant software AutoCAD – Photoshop – Microsoft office – SAP.
