Junior Engineer – Building Envelope | Dubai, UAE

Effisus is a leading provider of innovative building envelope solutions, integrating efficiency and sustainability into high-performance roofing and façade systems. With projects across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, we deliver durable, certified, and technically advanced waterproofing and insulation solutions.

We are expanding our Corporate Engineering team in Dubai and looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to support international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret construction projects and drawings
• Define technical solutions for roofing and façade systems
• Prepare detailed technical proposals and documentation
• Develop application manuals and technical datasheets
• Manage product testing and certification processes
• Perform quality control and compliance checks
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering firms internationally
• Support internal and external stakeholders with technical expertise

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or building materials industry
• Experience in building envelope, façade, roofing, or waterproofing systems
• Strong knowledge of building physics and thermal performance
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Arabic language skills
• Experience with product testing & certification processes
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM
• Experience in international project environments
