Junior Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:
The Junior Civil Engineer will assist in planning, designing, and supervising construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in civil engineering, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and support senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing project designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with designs and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to senior engineers.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and material procurement.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving during project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and design principles.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to visit construction sites and work in field conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
