Junior Engineer (Civil)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
• Monitor villa resort and residential building works
• Ensure work execution as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers
• Check quality of materials and workmanship
• Maintain site records and daily progress reports
• Ensure safety standards are followed at site
• Assist senior engineers and project managers

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
• Basic knowledge of site work and construction processes
• Ability to read drawings and plans
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Hardworking and responsible candidate

Skills Required

• Knowledge in residential & villa construction
• Understanding of basic site supervision
• Measurement and quantity checking
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / AutoCAD (preferred)
