Junior Engineer Maintenance

Job Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician/Junior Engineer to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of injection moulding machines and related equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on injection moulding machines.

Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

Monitor daily machine performance and support production team.

Replace, repair, and calibrate machine parts when needed.

Maintain maintenance records and update service logs.

Ensure machine safety standards and reduce downtime.

Coordinate with supervisors and vendors for repairs or part requirements.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of Injection moulding machine operation & maintenance.

Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems.

Ability to work under pressure during breakdown situations.

Problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills.

Willingness to work in shifts.

Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / B.E (Mechanical / Electrical ).

0–3 years experience (Freshers with knowledge can also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
