Junior Estimation Engineer- Landscaping

Job description

Candidates must have experience in landscaping.

1. Reviewing landscaping plans and preparing quantity requirements.

2. Preparation of detailed BOQ including complete breakdown, quantity take off, pricing, exclusions and terms & conditions.

3. Preparation of BOQ as per tender documents or client’s BOQ.

4. Preparation of project cost estimates.

5. Preparation of required design calculations for designing of irrigation systems, swimming pool systems and landscape lighting.

6. Assist site team on execution of projects as per design, detail & quotation.

7. Keeping track of all prepared quotations.

8. Preparation of invoices and all required documents.

9. Sending enquiries to sub-contractors/suppliers including checking if quotation is matching with the project requirement.

10. Make sure that all project materials are matching with the project requirements by studying and checking the materials technical data.

11. Advise on procurement strategy.

Job Specifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Preferred. UAE Experience in Landscaping is mandatory.

2. Strong Analytical and Critical thinking skills.

3. Ability to organize, plan & Strategize.
