Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Estimator to support our estimation and project teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with initial experience who are eager to build a career in construction estimation, quantity surveying, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for GRC, GRP and GRG projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations
• Support senior estimators in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Maintain accurate cost records and documentation
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams
• Assist in preparing tender submissions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in estimation or construction field
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and BOQs
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of estimation software (PlanSwift, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Understanding of GRC, facade, or precast works
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and grow in estimation field
