Job Summary
The Junior Executive – Hospital Operations supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital. The role focuses on coordinating between clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining operational standards, and assisting in compliance, reporting, and service quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Operational Support
- Assist in daily hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning of departments
- Coordinate with nursing, front office, diagnostics, pharmacy, housekeeping, and biomedical teams
- Monitor patient admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) processes
- Support bed management and patient flow optimization
Patient Services & Experience
- Address patient and attendant queries and escalate issues when required
- Support implementation of patient service protocols and quality standards
- Assist in monitoring patient satisfaction and feedback
Administrative Functions
- Maintain operational records, logs, and reports
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Support duty rosters, attendance tracking, and manpower coordination
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Assist in implementation of NABH/JCI/ISO standards (if applicable)
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between doctors, nursing staff, and support services
- Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, and internal communications
- Support emergency preparedness and escalation protocols
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of hospital operations and healthcare processes
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Life Sciences / Business Administration
- Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA) – preferred but not mandatory
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations
- Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
