Touchstone foundation is looking for an experienced and thorough Asst Manager - HR and Administration to ensure our operations run smoothly and improve as our company grows. You will be instrumental in the faultless running of the entire organization and will help us keep our people happy and productive. All the HR and administrative functions will be under your authority, and you will make sure your team delivers perfect service to the company and its staff. Responsibilities
- Recruitment- Active participation in recruitment cycle. To ensure proper on-boarding process. Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
- Ensure all employees documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
- Compliance and Record-keeping
- Payroll processing - Overseeing the payroll function
- Assist in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.
- HR data preparation for monthly MIS
- Co-Ordination for Training & Maintain calendar.
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring full compliance with govt statutory requirements and regulatory bodies.
- Managing employee relations
- Running the office and facilities management functions
- Leading the HR and administration team
- Training, Development and Performance Maintenance
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
- Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
Required Skill Set
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Management
- A min Work experience of 3 years as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role
- Expert business and organizational planning ability
- Vast experience in team leadership
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Successful experience in employee relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strategic thinking ability
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel sheets.
