Position: Junior Executive - HR (Payroll & Employee Lifecycle)

Overview:
We are hiring a Junior Executive to take care of taking care of payroll and supporting employee lifecycle activities in our hospital’s HR department. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Core area will be Payroll:
- Prepare & payroll processing and salary disbursement
- Maintain accurate records for attendance, leave, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
- Address payroll-related queries from staff
Employee Lifecycle
- · Support onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires
- · Maintain employee records and HRIS updates
- · Coordinate exit formalities and final settlements
- · Assist in performance review and confirmation processes
Qualifications:
- · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
- · 1 - 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in healthcare
- · Strong knowledge of payroll systems and employee lifecycle processes
- · Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software (Preferably Spine)
