Position: Junior Executive - HR (Payroll & Employee Lifecycle)
Location: Heart & Vascular Superspeciality Hospitals, Mumbai
Department: Human Resources

Overview:

We are hiring a Junior Executive to take care of taking care of payroll and supporting employee lifecycle activities in our hospital’s HR department. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Core area will be Payroll:

  • Prepare & payroll processing and salary disbursement
  • Maintain accurate records for attendance, leave, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
  • Address payroll-related queries from staff

Employee Lifecycle

  • · Support onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires
  • · Maintain employee records and HRIS updates
  • · Coordinate exit formalities and final settlements
  • · Assist in performance review and confirmation processes

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
  • · 1 - 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in healthcare
  • · Strong knowledge of payroll systems and employee lifecycle processes
  • · Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software (Preferably Spine)
