Uniq Project supports a portfolio of high-end hospitality concepts across Dubai and Geneva. We’re looking for a Junior HR Executive who can move quickly, keep a polished standard, and manage day-to-day HR needs across multiple brands without losing accuracy.
Overview
We’re looking for a Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role suits someone organized, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with interview scheduling
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee file management
• Maintain HR databases, attendance records, and basic reports
• Coordinate with employees on HR enquiries and policy clarifications
• Prepare letters, forms, and internal communication as needed
• Assist with payroll inputs, leave tracking, and monthly updates
• Support HR projects and day-to-day department requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in an HR role (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to handle information with discretion
