• Experience in all documentation required for NABL Accreditation as per ISO/IEC-17025 -2017. (Preferred qualification but not mandatory).
• Experience in GC operation and troubleshooting knowledge. Preferred industry is petrochemical /LPG but not mandatory.
• Ensure establishment of Quality Management System at all levels.
• Preparation of Quality System Manual and Quality System Procedure.
• Conduct internal quality audits and maintain the records for the same.
• Amendments as and when required in the Quality Documents.
• Ascertaining the needs for purchase of equipment and budgeting for LAB requirement.
• Organizing Lab Management review meetings and communicating to the department concerned for its implementation.
• Compliance with all legal matters connected with laboratory operations.
• Coordinate with Management for any requirements pertaining to laboratory operations.
• Ensure quality control policies are implemented with regular meetings and follow up maintained.
• Responsible for maintenance all the equipment of the department.
• Co-ordinate with OEM for AMC of LAB equipment.
• Processing of samples, Internal QC, External QC.
• Manage smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
• Monitor QC maintenance and daily activities of the department.
• Periodically review and update all QSM documents.
• Report validation and approval of reports.
• Timely dispatch of reports to the customer/Ship/Tank samples.
• Ensure zero customer complaints related to testing.

Well versed in MS Office Applications. Should have excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Should exhibit conceptual and analytical thinking
