Job Purpose
The Logistics Executive supports the Logistics Manager in executing and coordinating daily logistics and facility support activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. The role focuses on execution, coordination, record keeping, system updates, and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, facilities, or operations support roles.

Practical experience in maintaining logs, registers, and data sheets.
Key Responsibilities
Power & Fuel Operations
-
Assist in arranging and monitoring fuel supply for generators (gensets).
-
Maintain daily fuel consumption logs and reconciliation records.
-
Support emergency fuel arrangements as instructed.
Utilities & Water Operations
-
Support water supply arrangements for chiller plants and operational needs.
-
Monitor water consumption and maintain usage records.
-
Report shortages, leakages, or operational issues promptly.
Utility Coordination
-
Assist in coordination with IESCO and other utility authorities.
-
Maintain utility correspondence, approvals, and billing records.
Fleet Operations
-
Coordinate daily fleet movements and driver schedules.
-
Maintain fleet records including fuel logs, mileage, and maintenance schedules.

Ensure vehicles carry required safety equipment and comply with HSE requirements.

Report incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Inventory, Keys & Asset Records

Maintain inventory records for fuel, consumables, spare parts, furniture, and fixtures.

Record issuance and receipt of inventory items.
-
Maintain custody, issuance, and return logs for keys.
Third-Party Contractor Coordination
-
Coordinate daily activities of third-party logistics and service providers.

Maintain contractor service and delivery records.
-
Report contractor issues or non-compliance.
Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain operational logs, registers, and data sheets (hard and soft copies).

Update records in systems, spreadsheets, or ERP platforms.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
