- Assist in the recruitment process as required.
- Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, notifying Finance and Admin for allowances.
- Supervise all administrative activities on the 3rd floor.
- Maintain employee records (online and manual) for SESSI, EOBI, training, resumes, welfare funds, and health insurance.
- Draft HR communications (letters, emails, announcements).
- Monitor daily attendance for all regions and conduct monthly attendance audits.
- Notify supervisors of excess leaves, process deductions, and maintain award records.
- Ensure smooth employee separation processes, including exit notifications, resignation acceptance, clearance, and full and final settlement.
- Manage health insurance, process claims, and guide employees on insurance matters.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as newsletters, monthly award ceremonies, announcements, and milestone celebrations.
- Collaborate with Marketing for employer branding by posting employee achievements online.
- Manage EOBI and SESSI monthly payments.
- Handle basic grievance management.
Required Qualification : Graduate
Skills Required : Basic knowledge of using MS office (Word and Excel), Creative, Presentative skills, Verbal and Written communication skills.
