Junior Fashion Designer

We are looking for a creative Junior Fashion Designer with strong design and clear aesthetic sense. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating ideas into distinctive, brand-aligned design directions.

This position is suited for someone who has a sound foundation in fashion design and is eager to gain hands-on exposure within a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original concepts for prints, surface techniques and garment detailing.
• Convert ideas into technically workable artworks for garment applications.
• Assist in preparing files for DTF, sublimation, and embellishment processes.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate design execution.
• Support sampling and quality checks.
• Maintain organised documentation of design developments.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design.
• Strong understanding of design principles and garment construction.
• Basic working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Awareness of print and embroidery techniques in apparel.
• Detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, and willing to learn.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools will be an added advantage.

Structured training will be provided, however, clarity in design thinking and foundational knowledge are essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
