Role Overview:

The Junior Visual Merchandiser supports the visual merchandising team in creating attractive in-store displays that reflect the brand identity, enhance the customer experience, and drive sales. This role involves assisting with window displays, product styling, store layout, and maintaining visual standards across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Presentation

• Assist in executing visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

• Maintain high visual standards across the shop floor.

• Ensure mannequins, fixtures, and displays are styled correctly according to brand direction.

Window Displays

• Support the installation and change of window displays.

• Help prepare props, styling, and layout for seasonal launches.

Product Merchandising

• Organize product displays to maximize visibility and sales.

• Ensure correct product placement based on category, color, and collection.

Brand Consistency

• Follow brand visual guidelines and global VM directives.

• Ensure store visuals align with current marketing campaigns.

Inventory & Stock

• Work closely with store managers and sales staff to replenish display items.

• Ensure featured items are available on the shop floor.

Trend Awareness

• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor visual merchandising.

• Suggest ideas to improve displays and customer experience.

Operational Support

• Assist with store openings, promotions, and new collection launches.

• Help maintain props, signage, and display equipment.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of fashion retail merchandising

• Strong visual and styling sense

• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Attention to detail

• Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Team player with good communication skills
