Role Description

This is full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance & Accountant swith Multi Role of some logistics and procurement cooridnation with experince in Tally ERP. The Senior Finace / Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements and reports, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. Stock management in tally entering daily inwards , payables and receivables managing the job woth utilising other staff. Daily activities includes for the activities.

Main duties performed:

  • Supporting - sales invoices, income, receipts and payments
  • Offering tailored financial advice to both individuals and companies
  • Reviewing companies’ financial account information and offering advice and support concerning risk prevention and business development
  • Preparing statements showing income and transactions
  • Support for Completing and submitting VAT returns
  • Support Preparing staff wages and managing claims for expenses
  • Support Checking that company accounts are accurate and up-to-date
  • Support Performing credit control duties, as and when required
  • Support Devising and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Support Preparation of monthly payroll and administrating staff holidays and absences
  • Providing financial data management for small and medium-sized companies
  • Monitoring and handling business expenses
  • Supporr financial accounts including budgets and cash flow
  • Supporting prepare annual accounts using computerised accounting systems
  • Supporting corporation tax submission
  • Assisting Senior members of staff with complex accounting and auditing cases
  • Completing and submitting tax returns for self-employed workers
  • Verifying financial calculations and ensuring everything is factual and correct
  • Developing and maintaining databases for filing purposes
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring everything is kept confidential
  • File handling of store management
  • Encode data in the financial system
  • Handle all receiving & issuing goods, materials, consumables to floor team
  • Checking, inputing, filing of all documents of materials/goods receive note to each Cost Center
  • Daily and periodically (monthly/yearly) check & reconcile the balance of inventory for equipment & consumables, including variance investigation in coordination with each Cost Center
  • Coordinate with purchasing to define and ensure optimal & minimum stock level
  • Cooridnate for Logistic and Shipments suppliers
  • Track the shipments
  • Status of Order Cutomer PO VS Factory PO.
  • Coordinate for purchase quotes
  • Other Admin tasks not directly related to Inventory as a coordination support for the Admin/Purchasing.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience managing financial operations, budgets, and forecasting
  • Familiarity with regulatory and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Tally ERP9 is a must to perform this job.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 years (Preferred)
  • Tally ERP9: 1 years (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
