Our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team has an opportunity for a detail-oriented junior Finance Business Partner. In this role, you'll provide expert financial analysis and insights, insightful commentary, and reporting on the financial performance of the Retirement Living and Single Assessment Services (SAS) divisions.

Reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with both the FP&A and FA teams, as well as the wider Finance department.

In this busy role, you will be responsible for both financial and non-financial analysis, modelling, insights, contributing to budgeting and forecasting. This role plays an important part in the long-term strategic planning, business case development, process improvement and provision of commercial decision support to operational stakeholders. You will actively contribute to setting the pace and driving the commercial finance function.

To be successful in this genuine business partnering role, you will have strong budget management experience, be a driven and accountable team player who is able to build trusted business partnerships with stakeholders by communicating and effectively translating financial information.

Your ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cohesive team environment, prioritise and work to tight deadlines will be essential, additionally you will have;

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce (or equivalent)
  • CPA / CA / CIMA qualified or working towards
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally in healthcare, aged care or multi-site operations
  • Demonstrated skills in data analytics, business intelligence and Power BI or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to build financial models
  • Excellent understanding of costing models
  • Business partnership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in Adaptive Insights Workday or similar reporting tools
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check
