Junior Finance Executive (Night Shift)

Bridge2Studio is looking for Junior Finance Executive (Night Shift).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and track company invoices, refunds, and payment trails to ensure accurate financial records.
• Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing payments and maintain proper documentation.
• Deduct applicable withholding taxes from employee salaries and vendor payments as per FBR regulations.
• Generate tax challans through the FBR IRIS portal for withheld taxes.
• Ensure timely payment and submission of withholding taxes deducted from employee salaries and vendor payments.
• File periodic tax statements and income tax returns with FBR when required.
• Respond to tax notices or documentation requests issued by FBR and assist in resolving them.
• Reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions regularly.
• Manage petty cash provided to administrative staff and maintain proper expense records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and coordinate with internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain organized accounting and tax records for compliance and reporting purposes.

Qualification:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: 6 months

Shift Timings: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Location: SMCHS, Karachi

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
