Junior Finance Manager (Finance & Accounting)

Job Title: Finance and Accounting Manager (Hands-on Execution Role | 60,000–80,000 TL Net)

Location: Istanbul, Maltepe (commuting to the location is required)

Engagement: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial record keeping & compliance (Hands-on)

• Execute and manage end-to-end accounting processes for the Turkish entity in full compliance with VUK and TTK
• Record and classify all general ledger transactions including assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses
• Perform daily bank operations and treasury execution including cash flow tracking and payments.

Tax and reporting coordination

• Coordinate preparation and timely submission of all periodic tax declarations in close collaboration with the sworn fiscal (YMM)
• Prepare, organize, and provide all required documentation for tax submissions to the YMM
• Coordinate financial statement preparation by ensuring accurate and complete data delivery to the YMM

Operations & payroll

• Execute proper classification and booking of expense and sales invoices
• Process and enter purchase invoices accurately and on time
• Handle day-to-day administrative finance and accounting operations
• Review and verify monthly payroll calculations for all Türkiye-based employees

Analysis & technology

• Use Microsoft Excel extensively for operational reporting, analysis, and management support
• Continuously improve operational finance processes and internal controls

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on corporate accounting and finance execution
• Technical expertise: Strong, practical knowledge of VUK and TTK applications

Software skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with a widely used ERP or local accounting software

Soft skills

• Clear communicator, detail-oriented, execution-focused
• Comfortable working independently in daily operational tasks

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience in international companies or familiarity with German accounting principles and platforms like DATEV
• German proficiency
• English proficiency

• Net monthly compensation: 60,000 – 80,000 TL , depending on experience level (Exceptional hands-on profiles may be evaluated slightly above this range)
