Primary Services is excited to announce the Junior Financial Analyst role for a large enterprise client with complex financial operations and a strong commitment to analytical excellence. This position is ideal for early-career professionals and recent graduates seeking to launch their careers in finance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will support key financial processes that influence business planning, performance tracking, and executive decision-making across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities across business units.
• Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models and dashboards.
• Compile and present financial insights for management review.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with accounting teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Internship experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Understanding of financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Exposure to financial systems or ERP platforms is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical coursework background.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into structured reports.
