We're Hiring: Junior Florist – Dia Flower
Location: City Walk, Dubai

Dia Flower is seeking a Junior Florist with a passion for flowers, creativity, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys floral design, has basic knowledge of flower care, and is eager to grow their skills in a luxury flower and events environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior florists in designing and arranging bouquets, centerpieces, and event setups
• Learn and practice flower care, handling, and maintenance
• Support daily shop operations, including cleaning, preparing, and displaying flowers
• Provide friendly customer service and assist clients in selecting floral arrangements
• Contribute creative ideas while developing your own floral design skills

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a florist shop
• A creative eye for design, color, and presentation
• Passion for flowers and a willingness to learn from experienced designers
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
