Role Summary

We are hiring a passionate, skilled Junior Florist with at least 3 years of hands on experience in florist. You should be confident with daily bouquet making, vase arrangements, flower conditioning, and basic creative design. You will support senior florists for large events while independently handling shop orders and walk in customers. Creativity, speed, and strong flower knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service and Sales

Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable designs.

Handle walk in orders, packing, billing, and delivery coordination.

Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Floral Design and Daily Production

Create high quality hand bouquets, vase arrangements, boxes, and mixed arrangements.

Maintain consistency in color themes, design quality, and finishing.

Support senior florists in preparing materials for weddings, corporate events, and installations.

Execute small event setups under guidance.

Flower Preparation and Care
