As a Junior Tendering Engineer , you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and bids for facility management projects.

You will support the tendering team by gathering data, preparing cost estimates, reviewing client requirements, and ensuring compliance with technical and commercial specifications. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure accurate and competitive proposals are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tender preparation, including technical, financial, and commercial proposals.
• Review client requirements and tender documents, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs in coordination with procurement, operations, and finance teams.
• Support in preparing technical submissions, clarifications, and presentations for tenders.
• Track tender progress, deadlines, and submissions, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
  
  

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
• 0-2 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or technical office (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Perfect written English
• Basic knowledge of facility management services, MEP systems, or construction projects.
• ✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  
  

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tendering software or ERP systems.
• Previous internship or project experience in facility management or contracting industry.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and bid preparation techniques.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills
