About Thathal I&TS:

Thathal I&TS, a growing technology firm dedicated to building modern, scalable software solutions for a range of industries. We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer who can contribute across both frontend and backend, building React-based user interfaces and Spring Boot services on AWS. This is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration one day per week on Wednesdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs 50,000.00 to Rs 90,000.00 per month

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend features using React, focusing on responsive UI, usability, and accessibility
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to consistent frontend patterns across the product
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, including REST APIs and service integrations
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and implement client-side validation, error handling, and loading states
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including schema updates and query optimization
• Support deployment and cloud operations on AWS services like EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, and CloudWatch
• Participate in CI CD pipeline setup and contribute to automation and release quality
• Collaborate closely with product, UI UX, and engineering teams during weekly in-person planning and code review sessions
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements across the frontend and backend

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on software development experience in full-stack web development
• Frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
• Backend experience with Spring Boot and REST API development
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and frontend fundamentals
• Solid understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL
• Familiar with Git, Agile workflows, and modern dev tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with a hybrid work environment in the office every Wednesday

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AWS services and cloud deployments
• Experience with Next.js or other modern frontend tooling
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform
• Experience with testing frameworks for frontend and backend
• Exposure to microservices architecture in a startup or agile team setting
