Junior Full Stack Developer — WordPress, React, Next.js, AI Tools

Job Overview
AMPLIFY is looking for a sharp, motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our growing digital marketing and AI-powered technology team.

This is a great opportunity for a recent Computer Science graduate, or someone 1–2 years out of school, who wants hands-on experience building real websites, landing pages, AI-powered tools, client dashboards, automations, and modern web applications.

We work primarily with law firms and professional services businesses, helping them grow through websites, SEO, content, paid media, PR, and AI-driven digital systems.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly curious, comfortable using AI tools, and excited to learn quickly in a fast-moving agency environment.

Responsibilities

Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites.

Develop landing pages, web apps, and client tools using React and Next.js.

Deploy and manage projects using Vercel, GitHub, and Railway.

Work with Figma designs and turn them into clean, responsive web pages.

Assist with website edits, integrations, forms, tracking scripts, and technical troubleshooting.

Use AI tools to speed up development, improve workflows, generate code, and solve problems.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and leadership on client and internal projects.

Help improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, technical SEO, and user experience.

Document work clearly and follow basic development best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.

Recent graduate or 1–2 years of professional development experience.

Working knowledge of WordPress.

Experience with React and Next.js.

Comfortable using GitHub for version control.

Familiarity with Vercel deployments.

Basic understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, APIs, and web integrations.

Ability to work from Figma designs.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.

Excellent with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with Railway.

Experience building landing pages for marketing campaigns.

Basic understanding of SEO and website performance.

Experience with forms, CRMs, analytics, tracking pixels, or marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with WordPress builders such as Elementor, Bricks, Divi, or Gutenberg.

Interest in AI agents, automation, and no-code/low-code tools.

Compensation

Competitive entry-level compensation based on experience.

Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and availability.
