Junior Full Stack JavaScript Developer (On-Site | I-9/3 Islamabad | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM)

ITfiers is hiring a Junior Full Stack JavaScript Developer for an onsite role in Islamabad. This position is strictly for candidates with 6 months to 1.5 year of hands-on experience in JavaScript development (industry, internship, freelance, or serious project-based experience). You will work closely with senior engineers, contribute to live production systems, and continue growing your skills in React, Node.js, and full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Express
• Assist in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Work with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Debug issues, refactor code, and follow clean coding practices
• Collaborate onsite with team members and senior developers

Requirements (Mandatory)

• 6 months to 1.5 year of practical experience as a JavaScript/TypeScript developer
• Hands-on experience with Next.js/React.js and Node.js
• Working knowledge of REST APIs
• Basic database experience (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Islamabad
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• GitHub or portfolio demonstrating real projects
• Degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
• Startup or agency experience
