Junior Full Stack PHP Developer

About the Role

We are looking for motivated Junior Full Stack PHP Developers who can confidently work on real-time projects and grow with our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in PHP development and front-end skills, eager to take responsibility from Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real client projects from the first week.
• Complete daily assigned tasks and provide clear EOD reports.
• Participate in requirement discussions and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions.
• Adapt to new technologies and project environments quickly.
• Follow coding standards, IT culture, and team guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates respectfully and positively.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Core PHP (strong fundamentals required)
• Any PHP Framework
• MySQL (queries, joins, indexing basics)
• WordPress (customization & content management)
• Tailwind CSS & Bootstrap
• jQuery
• REST API creation and integration
• Strong debugging and logical problem-solving skills
• Clear understanding of full-stack workflows (frontend ↔ backend ↔ database)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• React.js, Node.js, AngularJS
• MongoDB
• Google Analytics, SEO basics
• UI/UX familiarity with Figma
• Exposure to AWS, Serverless architecture, or Big Data tools (Hadoop, etc.)

Eligibility

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in web development.
• Portfolio/GitHub with hands-on coding projects.
• Strong fundamentals and ability to apply concepts in practice.
