Junior Golf Instructor / Teacher

• Golf playing experience (club or college level preferred).
• Demonstrate an ability to handle a group of 8 - 15 children at a time, maintains professionalism in appearance, friendly and courteous with site staff and director as well as parents.
• This Job is for an after-school program - CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE MID-DAY BETWEEN HOURS OF AT LEAST 2PM - 6PM
• Committed to arriving on time to each session, communicates well with LBMGA Director of Coaching, and completes administrative tasks to satisfaction. Administrative tasks include:
• Monitoring attendance.
• Taking pictures of Little Birdies and downloading to Drop Box.
• Administering Lesson Test.
• Completing monthly progress reports for each student.
• Proven patience and understanding of kids, have true passion for children, golf and upholding the brand, goals and vision of LBMGA.
• Models good personal conduct.
• Occasionally has the ability to communicate with parents around kids’ progress and promotions of LBMGA.
• Interact with children of all ages (5 - 17 years old), be able to connect with them on their level, making this experience a fun one.
• Onboarding required.
• Monthly meeting attendance required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a safe and reliable car, valid license, car insurance and clean driving record. You are responsible for driving yourself to your sites.
• Background check cleared: A successful candidate must pass a Federal & State Background Check and FBI Fingerprinting (if necessary)

Preferred Skill

• CPR/ First Aid Certified / willing to get certified
• VIRTUS/Catholic Training (Free training)
• Safeguarding our Kids (Free training)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour
