Junior Graphic Designer

Macaw Advertising, a leading company in signage, printing, t-shirt printing, and branding solutions in the UAE, is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing design team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the printing or advertising industry, with a passion for creating high-quality designs that work seamlessly in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design layouts for:
• Signboards, shop boards, and vehicle branding
• T-shirts and apparel printing
• Flyers, brochures, business cards, banners, roll-ups
• Corporate branding materials
• Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions, bleed, and color modes (CMYK).
• Assist the senior designers and collaborate with the production team.
• Ensure creative consistency across all projects.
• Work on multiple tasks with efficiency and attention to deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW (preferred for printing jobs).
• Basic understanding of printing requirements and file preparation.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work under supervision and deliver on time.

Added Advantage (Optional):

• Familiarity with motion graphics/video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in corporate branding and packaging design.
