We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating visually compelling graphics, layouts, and digital assets tailored for various social media platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging content that reflects our brand identity and captures audience attention. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital trends, creativity, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality social media posts, stories, banners, and ad creatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Develop consistent brand-aligned graphics across all social platforms.
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
• Keep up with design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging digital tools.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile formats.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic or social media design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Familiarity with social media marketing trends and content best practices.
• Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Attention to detail and consistency in brand representation.
• A portfolio showcasing social media design work is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
• Understanding of paid ad creatives and performance-driven designs.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design basics for digital content.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment with agile workflows.
