Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both digital and print design, with a strong eye for branding, layouts, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing and promotional materials for both digital and print media.
• Design social media creatives, posters, flyers, brochures, and banners.
• Work on layouts for presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).
• Develop brand assets including logos, guidelines, and identity systems.
• Edit and retouch images for professional use.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to deliver engaging designs.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop (image editing, mockups), Illustrator (vector graphics, logos), InDesign (layouts, brochures, magazines).
• Familiarity with Canva for quick marketing content.
• Strong understanding of Typography (font pairing, readability, hierarchy).
• Knowledge of Color Theory (palettes, accessibility, contrast).
• Ability to apply Layout & Composition (grids, spacing, alignment).
• Understanding of Visual Hierarchy.
• Branding principles including logo design, brand guidelines, and identity systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience. (internship experience also considered)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design projects.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
