Junior Graphic Designer

Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Photoshop/Illustrator + AI Tools)

Location: Bangalore

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with AI-based design/document creation tools. The role involves supporting the design team in creating marketing materials, documents, and visual assets that align with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit visual designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documents with design elements.
• Utilize AI tools to speed up design workflows and generate creative concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
• Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with AI-based design/document tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT for content structuring, etc.).
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience in designing marketing collaterals, infographics, or social media creatives.
