Junior Graphic Designer

Eight Eleven's in-house marketing team is seeking a talented junior graphic designer to join our team at our headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. As a junior designer, you will play a crucial role in developing materials that support our sales and recruiting teams in promoting our services. Additionally, you will contribute to our social media initiatives, internal events, and other projects.

We’re looking for someone who has the following:

• InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop experience
• Ability to be autonomous
• A creative mindset
• Interest in concepting designs from scratch
• Experience with Adobe Express preferred but not necessary
• Working toward a creative degree in graphic design, design, or marketing

You will get experience in:

• Working with Design Manager and Graphics Designers
• Creating graphics, one-pagers, case studies, flyers and more
• Editing existing graphics, one-pagers, flyers, and more
• Creating social media templates
• Designing email signature banners
• Creating internal communication designs
