Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our perfume factory team. The role involves designing product packaging, including perfume boxes, labels, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of packaging design, color separation files for printing, and the ability to bring concepts to life with innovative designs that reflect our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop designs for perfume boxes, bottles, labels, and other packaging materials.
• Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork and separation files according to production requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to translate concepts into final designs.
• Ensure packaging designs meet brand guidelines and market trends.
• Work closely with printing suppliers to ensure accuracy, quality, and color consistency.
• Maintain an organized library of design files and templates.
• Assist in creating digital content such as social media visuals, brochures, and product catalogs when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in packaging or FMCG industry).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of packaging design, dielines, and color separation files for printing.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• Previous experience in perfume, cosmetics, or packaging design is a strong advantage.
