Day Shift: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX skills to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in visual design, user interface design, and user experience design. You should have a sharp eye for aesthetics, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in leading design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and After Effects.

This role requires a creative thinker who can balance functionality with visual appeal, transforming ideas into impactful digital designs and interfaces that engage and convert.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality graphics, layouts, and interfaces for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
• Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs based on user needs, data, and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life.
• Edit and produce video and motion graphics content using CapCut and After Effects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, user flows, and product improvements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing as needed to validate design decisions.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Solid understanding of design systems, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Strong experience with user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (optional but preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics, animations, or video editing for social media or product tutorials.
• Background in working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
