Junior Graphic Designer

Macaw Advertising, a leading name in signage, printing, T-shirt printing, and branding solutions across the UAE, is looking for a creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in graphic design and a keen interest in print-based creativity — from signboards to apparel and corporate branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design layouts for:
• Signboards, shop boards, and vehicle branding
• T-shirt and apparel printing
• Flyers, brochures, business cards, banners, and roll-ups
• Corporate branding materials (logos, stationery, etc.)
• Prepare print-ready artworks with correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, and CMYK color settings.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outputs.
• Maintain creative consistency and alignment with client branding.
• Manage multiple design tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in printing or advertising).
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW is a plus (highly preferred for print-related projects).
• Basic understanding of printing processes, file preparation, and color management.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn from senior professionals.
• Ability to work under supervision and deliver tasks on time.

Added Advantage (Optional)

• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in corporate branding and packaging design.
