Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our Bright Ideas Communication Design Team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment, learn from experienced designers, and contribute fresh ideas to visually engaging projects.

Your Role:

As a Junior Designer, you will support the creative team in developing design assets across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the Senior Designers and Creative Leads, translating ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating visual content for digital, social, print, and other marketing channels.
• Support senior designers in developing design layouts, mockups, and visual concepts.
• Adapt and resize existing creative materials for multiple platforms.
• Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Research design trends and emerging styles to bring fresh inspiration to projects.
• Organize and manage design assets and project files systematically.

Qualities and Characteristics:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of design experience (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD is a plus).
• A strong understanding of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow under mentorship.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
• A portfolio showcasing creative thinking and fundamental design skills.
