Job Description

Ingenious Concepts is seeking a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing social media posts, branding materials, and short-form video content. The designer must be proficient with modern design tools, able to bring concepts to life quickly, and capable of creating engaging visuals that match brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, stories, and campaign creatives.
• Create brand identity elements (logos, color palettes, typography sets).
• Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and CapCut for fast content creation.
• Collaborate with the social media and content teams to deliver timely creatives.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all assets.
• Adapt and refine designs based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and support campaign ideation.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in Canva for quick social media content creation.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere/After Effects a plus).
• Experience with Reels/TikTok editing using CapCut or similar tools.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, color theory, layout, and typography.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across all design formats.
• Time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring new ideas.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics basics (simple animations/transitions).
• Understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of print design formats (optional).
