Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer with less than one year of experience to join our Marketing & Creative Team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a flair for aesthetics, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing content. This role provides an excellent learning opportunity for fresh talents looking to develop their skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, posters, flyers, and presentations.
• Support in creating visual content for branding, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality creative outputs.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual elements when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all graphical elements.
• Stay updated with design trends and apply fresh ideas to projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Good understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of previous design work (academic or freelance projects acceptable).

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects / Canva video templates)
• Social media content design experience
• Knowledge of Canva or similar tools

Education

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
