Role Description

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing Annual Reports and Corporate Reports, with a solid understanding of structured layouts, data visualization, and brand consistency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with the ability to deliver polished, professional corporate communication materials.

The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, web development, and client servicing teams to deliver designs that align with brand strategy and business objectives.

Experience Required

• 1-2+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or relevant field.
• Any Graduate

Major Roles & Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms, with a strong focus on Annual Reports and Corporate Reports.
• Design structured report layouts, infographics, and data-driven visuals using Adobe InDesign to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
• Develop branding assets, marketing collaterals, promotional creatives, and social media designs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand design, reporting, and content requirements.
• Present concepts and final designs for review and approval.
• Stay updated with corporate design trends and tools including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and CorelDRAW.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory).
• Additional software knowledge (added advantage): After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Character Animator, XD, Figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and design principles.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills for idea presentation and client interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a team environment.
