Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing design team. The candidate should have strong visual skills and the ability to create engaging designs for both digital and print platforms while following brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, ads, and campaigns
• Create branding materials such as letterheads, visiting cards, brochures, flyers, banners, and invoices
• Work on digital assets like posts, stories, thumbnails, and basic animations (if applicable)
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity and consistency
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver designs within deadlines
• Prepare final files for print and digital use

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Basic knowledge of Canva (added advantage)
• Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with healthcare or corporate branding
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics / After Effects
• Familiarity with digital marketing creatives
• Understanding of print specifications
