Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer with advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to handle high-quality layout and design work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and layout professional-grade print materials: magazines, annual reports, newsletters, and training manuals.
• Prepare documents for commercial printing, ensuring high-quality production.
• Create visually cohesive styles and templates using Adobe InDesign.
• Design custom illustrations, infographics, and brand assets using Adobe Illustrator.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to develop visually engaging content.
• Maintain version control and file organization for design documents.

Requirements:

• Willingness to be trained in print-focused design work.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design.
• Expert in Adobe InDesign for complex layouts, master pages, and prepress workflows.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation, intricate amends and adjustments.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for vector design and illustrations.
• Familiarity with CMYK color models, print bleed, and export settings for print.
• Experience working in corporate or publishing environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
