About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to assist in book publishing and marketing design tasks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and eager to grow in the publishing industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in designing book covers and interiors

· Support in formatting books using Adobe InDesign

· Create social media creatives and promotional materials

· Prepare mockups and basic print-ready files

· Support logo, merchandise, and stationery design

· Follow brand guidelines and assist senior designers

Required Skills

· Basic to intermediate knowledge of:

o Adobe Photoshop

o Adobe Illustrator

o Adobe InDesign

o Canva

· Understanding of typography and layout basics

· Willingness to learn publishing design standards

· Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred / Additional Skills (Bonus)

· Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere or CapCut

· Familiarity with AI-based image tools

Experience

· 0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates can apply)

· Portfolio required (academic or freelance work accepted)
