Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the development of visually engaging curriculum materials, vibrant makerspace designs, and compelling social media and outreach assets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong aesthetic sensibility, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and a genuine passion for education and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging layouts, illustrations, and graphics for curriculum content aligned with brand guidelines
• Support the conceptualization and visual identity design of new makerspaces in schools
• Develop creative digital assets for social media campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Design posters, presentation templates, brochures, and other print and digital materials
• Ensure consistency in branding across all communication materials
• Contribute innovative design ideas to enhance the overall visual identity of programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of professional experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for education, creativity, and social impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing educational content or curriculum materials
• Experience designing learning environments or spatial design projects
• Basic understanding of brand development and visual storytelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
