Design Responsibilities

Design scroll-stopping creatives, brochures, standees, merchandise, and digital banners.

Can create and adapt designs from existing concepts or references.

Maintain brand identity across all design outputs.

Create visual concepts that enhance storytelling and campaign impact.
-
Support print and digital requirements from table-top branding to large-scale flexes.
-
Develop digitaland print assets that maintainconsistency and elevatethe Medicaps aesthetic.

Conceptualize and design campaign themes, ensuring storytelling through design.

Work closely with the marketing team to translatestrategy into design that converts.
Social Media Responsibilities

Edit reels with engaging cuts, transitions, and on-brand storytelling

Define and track key social media KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, impressions
-
Manage & oversee content across all platforms from scheduling to publishing.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Respond to comments, DMs, and mentionstimely, politely, and with brand flair.

Plan monthly content calendars and campaign rollouts with the marketing team.

Guide shoots, reels, and edits ensuring everything screams
Medicaps energy!

Collaborate with departments to discover stories that deserve the spotlight.
Skills You’ll Need

Strong aesthetic sense & storytelling ability through visuals which drive emotion
&
engagement.

Proficiency in Canva, AdobePhotoshop, Illustrator, Inshort,VN for reel edits

Understanding of social media algorithms, contentpsychology, and what makes audiences engage..

Analytical mindset: turn insights and data into impactful decisions.

Understanding of SEO, hashtags,and keyword researchto make content more discoverable.

QualificationsThat Impress

Bachelor’s degree in MassCommunication, Marketing, Design, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design (agency/university background preferred).

A portfolio that proves you understand design, trends, and what clicks with GenZ.
-
Bonus if you’ve led content shoots, or created viral posts.
