Junior Associate Graphic Design
Purpose: To create exceptional brand collaterals and visual communication materials that reinforce WITHIN's design excellence while supporting business development, marketing, and client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare brand collaterals including presentations, brochures, and marketing materials based on established brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Work closely with Business Development team to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and proposal materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Design and develop company brochures and catalogues for new furniture collections and updates to existing catalogue materials
- Create premium coffee table books for distribution to architects, end customers, and key stakeholders showcasing WITHIN's portfolio and capabilities
- Design invitation materials for exhibitions, personalized notes and inserts for client gifts, and exhibition posters that reflect brand standards
- Maintain organized content library for efficient reuse of graphics, templates, and design elements across projects
- Research and sample various stationery options including paper GSM, finishes like matte and gloss, and printing methods such as embossing and engraving
- Create customized logos and personalized stationery for each Interior Architecture and Soft Furniture project to enhance client experience
- Design project-specific gifting items and packaging that align with WITHIN's luxury positioning and client expectations
- Prepare graphic materials for store and experience center including QR codes, information frames, wall displays, and product identification systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with focus on brand collaterals and print materials
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity and collateral design
- Proven experience in luxury or high-end design industry preferred
Experience & Exposure
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and presentation software
- Experience in print production processes, paper selection, and finishing techniques
- Understanding of brand guidelines implementation and visual consistency maintenance
- Exposure to luxury brand aesthetics and premium material applications
- Knowledge of exhibition design and retail visual merchandising principles

- Successfully create personalized branding for 100% of Interior Architecture and Soft Furniture projects

- Reduce design revision cycles to maximum 2 rounds through thorough brief understanding and execution
- Maintain organized content library with 95% asset accessibility and reusability
